Wonder Beet Vampire Cocktail
A frighteningly delicious cocktail that’s loaded with flavor and fun! Substitute lime seltzer instead of vodka for a fun and fruity mocktail that can be enjoyed by all ages!

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Wonder Beet Juice (we used Beet, Lemon & Ginger)
- 1 oz. Vodka of choice
- Splash of Vanilla extract
- Corn or Agave syrup
- Red food coloring
- 4 Lychees
- 4 Maraschino cherries
- Ice
Directions:
In a shaker, add ice and Wonder Beet juice. Pour in vodka (or lime seltzer for a mocktail,) and the splash of vanilla extract. Shake until cold.
Mix corn syrup and red food coloring in a shallow dish and rim two martini glasses or tumblers until you have “bleeding” edges on each.
Maye “eyeballs” by popping a cherry into each lychee and skewering two at a time.
Pour cocktail mix into glasses and garnish with “eyeballs.”
Serves 2.
