Wonder Beet Cheesecake Brownies
A rich and delicious brownie recipe topped with a creamy cheesecake swirl mixture. Super simple and super yum!

Ingredients:
- 1 package brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil, plus extra for greasing
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Wonder Beet juice
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp. Wonder Beet juice
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F and grease a square baking pan. Mix first four ingredients together until smooth and set aside.
Use a hand mixer to mix the rest of the ingredients with the cream cheese to make cream cheese batter.
Pour 3/4 of the brownie mix in greased baking pan, then top with cream cheese mixture. Dollop the rest of the brownie mix on top and use a toothpick or chopstick to make swirls throughout the batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until brownie is slightly undercooked to produce chewy results.
Serves four.
