Wonder Beet Coconut Chia Pudding
A rich and delicious pudding packed with flavor, and loaded with all the nutritional benefits provided by chia seeds. Try it with all the Wonder Beet flavors to find your favorite!

Ingredients:
- 1 Jar Wonder Beet juice, flavor of your choice
- 6 oz. coconut milk
- 3/4 Cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp, date syrup or maple syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a large mason jar and shake well.
Refrigerate for at least two hours, then shake again, making sure all of the chia seeds are evenly dispersed.
Allow to rest overnight in refrigerator, then serve.
