Ingredients:

Directions:

Place eggs in a large saucepan and fill with water until it covers eggs. Place on high heat and once it comes to a boil, remove from heat and cover for ten minutes. Get an ice bath ready in a large bowl. After 10 minutes, place eggs in ice bath for 3 minutes and quickly peel the eggs.

Pour Wonder Beet Juice in a small saucepan. Fill Wonder Beet Juice bottle with the same amount of vinegar and ad it to the saucepan. Add garlic cloves, oregano and salt and allow to come to a low boil.

Place peeled eggs in both mason jars and pour in hot beet brine. If necessary, top each jar with more water to cover eggs completely.

Tighten the lid to both mason jars and refrigerate for 3 to 4 days before eating. Serve with Everything Bagel Seasoning, if desired.

Pre-heat your oven according to the directions on the cake mix, and grease your bundt pan.

Make cake mix by replacing the water for your cake mix directions with Wonder Lemon Juice, adding the necessary eggs plus one extra egg yolk and replacing oil with melted butter. Once beaten and combined, pour into greased bundt cake pan and bake according to package directions.

Make glaze by using a hand held beater to beat all three ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Add more Wonder Lemon Juice to adjust smoothness, if needed.

Once baked, allow to cool for 5 minutes and then carefully remove from bundt pan and allow to cool for another 10 minutes before drizzling cream cheese glaze on top of the cake.

Makes 1 cake.
